Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Evelune order.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pillow mists, sleep masks, personal care items, and used candles cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
